Hello there! I’m Brian Tomono, the Director of Client Success at Dental Buyer Advocates. As a healthcare lending professional with over 20 years of experience, I enjoy using my gifts to serve the dentist community by assisting doctors in negotiations and team building to achieve their dreams of practice ownership. In my spare time I enjoy fun and laughter with my wife and two children and being outdoors.

Dr. Gary Pascua DDS

After graduating from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1992 and a
GPR in 1993, I have practiced dentistry in the military, as an associate and as a practice owner for many years. I worked five years brokering dental practice sales in southern California. Living in Encinitas, CA my first love is my family with surfing, skiing, travel, tennis and pickleball as close seconds. Here at DBA, my goal is to use my practical experience and knowledge to educate and help future practice
owners understand the ownership process and what it takes to succeed.

Prior to this, I was a Dental Hygienist, so I have seen how successful dental practices run. My husband graduated dental school Spring of 2021, so this work is very close to my heart. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, skiing, being outdoors and traveling to new places.
