You pick and choose the services that fit your situation. Each step of the purchase process (valuation, due diligence, and transition) has options you can buy individually. If you prefer to have everything covered up front, our flat fee packages can save you up to 40%.

No. You can start with valuation services and only add due diligence or transition support if you decide to move forward. Most buyers do end up completing all three phases, but you are free to add services as needed.

See our bundled plans. They provide full support from start to finish at a lower cost than buying services separately. (Up to 40%!)

Yes. If you begin with one or two services and later decide the bundle makes sense, what you have already paid will be applied toward the flat fee bundle.

The only thing not included is the on-site due diligence visit offered in Practice Evaluation & Offer Support. Everything else listed on the Custom Pricing page is covered.
